Ingredients
Scale
- 2-3 lb chuck roast
- 4-5 carrots, sliced
- 3-4 turnips, sliced
- 3-4 parsnips, sliced
- 1-2 cups bone broth
- 1/4 large onion, sliced
- 1 cup water
- 1 T basil
- 2 tsp sage
- 1 T garlic powder
- Other spices, to taste (I used a good deal of Flavor God)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a crockpot
- Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 5-7 hours, until veggies are soft and meat falls off the bone and breaks apart easily
- Add more seasoning to taste, serve, eat!
