Ingredients

- 3 eggs
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 1/4 c coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 c tapioca powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Heat up waffle iron
- Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. I suggest mashing the bananas and mixing by hand. I have blended everything together using my Nutribullet before, but I wasn't as pleased with the results.
- Cook using waffle iron instructions (if you have a "crisp" option, I suggest using it for a delicate, crispy result)
