  1. Add the soaked dates, sunflower seed butter, almond milk, lemon juice, sea salt, and vanilla to a high-powered blender. Blend, starting on medium and gradually increasing to high, until mixture is completely smooth Add more almond milk as desired to thin the dip out to your liking.
  2. Serve immediately. Store in a covered container in the fridge for up to a week.
