Description
Serve with apples and celery for an easy snack. Or use this Caramel Peanut Butter Dip as a spread! Make it with sunflower seed butter to keep it nut free.

- 1 cup pitted Medjool dates, soaked in hot water for at least 1 hour
- 1/2 cup sunflower seed butter or peanut butter
- 1/2 cup almond milk or coconut milk
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add the soaked dates, sunflower seed butter, almond milk, lemon juice, sea salt, and vanilla to a high-powered blender. Blend, starting on medium and gradually increasing to high, until mixture is completely smooth Add more almond milk as desired to thin the dip out to your liking.
- Serve immediately. Store in a covered container in the fridge for up to a week.
