- 3 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons sea salt (omit for salt-free)
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons oregano
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 1/2 tablespoon white pepper
- 2 teaspoons cayenne powder
- 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl or shake in a sealed jar until combined.
- Use right away or store in a sealed container for up to 1 year.
Notes
If you can't find white pepper, feel free to use all black pepper and bump the total up to 1 1/2 tablespoons!
