Make your own gluten free Cajun seasoning using a handful of spices and herbs! This easy recipe saves you money overall and ensures that the seasoning blend you're using has no additives.


  • 3 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons sea salt (omit for salt-free)
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons oregano
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 1/2 tablespoon white pepper
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne powder
  • 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes (optional)


  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl or shake in a sealed jar until combined.
