- Put all shredded pork tongue ingredients in a small crockpot. If desired, add broth (you may find it easier to shred – mine shredded fine without, but required more elbow grease).
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours. Use 2 forks to shred the tongue.
- To make the cilantro avocado creme, simple add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serving Size: 2-3 tacos
