  1. Add cottage cheese, vanilla extract, and maple syrup to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a large bowl.
  2. Add almond flour and protein powder, mixing with a spatula until fully incorporated. Finally, stir in chocolate chips.
  3. Cover and store in the fridge at least 3 hours, then enjoy. Will keep for at least 2 weeks!
