Creamy, smooth, and delicious, blending cottage cheese propels this high-protein dairy product to all new possibilities. Visit the blog post above for all sorts of recipe and use ideas!

  • 1 16-oz container cottage cheese (4% or 2% milkfat) (My favorite brands are Good Culture and Nancy's)

  1. Add cottage cheese to a high-powered blender, food processor, or tall container for use with an immersion blender. Blend using your preferred method, scraping down sides with a rubber spatula as needed, until cottage cheese has become completely smooth.
  2. Use blended cottage cheese immediately, or add back to its original container for storage in the fridge, following the original package expiration as a guide for storage.

Only use 4% or 2% milkfat cottage cheese (whole milk or low fat) for blended cottage cheese for the best, thickest texture. Whole milk (4%) cottage cheese will be thickest, but good quality brands of low fat (2%) cottage cheese work well too!
