Dairy Free Peanut Butter & Honey Latte

  • 1/2 cup cashew milk or other non-dairy milk
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (plus more for garnish)
  • 2 cups strong hot coffee (my favorite right now is Stumbeanos!)


  1. Add the cashew milk, peanut butter, honey, and cinnamon to a blender. Blend until completely combined.
  2. Separate the coffee between two mugs. Pour half of the peanut butter and honey mixture into each cup. Garnish with cinnamon and a drizzle of peanut butter. Enjoy hot!


If you are using shots of espresso instead of hot coffee, double the amount of nut milk and use 2 shots of espresso!
