- 2 cups hot coffee
- 1/2-1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2-1 Tbsp ghee or grass-fed butter
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp ground clove
- Prepare coffee using desired method (I typically use my french press).
- Combine all ingredients and blend using a high-powered blender or immersion blender.
- Serve, sprinkling additional ground clove or a pinch of cinnamon on top if desired.
I sometimes add gelatin to my butter coffee for a protein boost. It's tasteless!
