Description
Just 2 ingredients makes a tasty dip with over 20 grams protein per serving!
I highly recommend using Equip Protein Powder, as its high gelatin content helps to thicken the dip. However, if using a whey- or plant-based protein, make sure you use gelatin to thicken things up.

Scale
- 1 16-oz container cottage cheese, low fat (2%) or full fat (4%)
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon gelatin (optional, but recommended if you aren't using my recommended protein powder!)
Instructions
- Blend: Add the cottage cheese and protein powder to a high-powered blender. Blend, starting on low and increasing to high, until completely smooth.
- Thicken [optional]: If you aren't using Equip protein or other beef-based protein powder, use gelatin to help thicken the dip. Sprinkle the gelatin ove 2 tablespoons of water in a microwave-safe bowl and set aside to let it "bloom" for a minute or two. Microwave the mixture for 10 seconds to dissolve. Turn the blender on to low and pour the dissolved gelatin into the cottage cheese mixture.
- Let it set: Transfer the cottage cheese mixture to a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to a day. Serve with fruit or crackers. Store, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
