I am by no means an expert, but I wanted to create a resource for you to find out a bit more about what "Paleo" is...you know, in the off chance you don't already know!
I decided to pull in a few quality infographics and other resources that rock. Why don't I just explain it? Well, if you read my disclaimer, you'll know that I'm not a nutritionist or other health expert. I just like making recipes and writing.
I do want to stress, however, that while many of these resources refer to Paleo as a "diet", it's much more a "lifestyle" to me. What does that mean? It means that I'm not trying to lose weight with the way I eat (since "diet" connotes "weight loss"). It also means that while this way of eating has become normal for me, I'm by no means a perfectionist about it. I drink beer and eat pizza (among other things)...just not every night. Hell, I got married in a pizzeria in 2016. I default to Paleo, but I don't bind myself to it. Unless you have a medical reason (such as Celiacs disease) or are sticking to a temporary challenge (like a Whole30), I suggest you save yourself the stress of trying to be perfect.
You might be wondering why I bother eating Paleo at all if I denounce perfectionism. Well, it's about health. I am healthier and feel better when following a Paleo template. If you want to learn more about the science-y reasons behind why grains, dairy, and legumes can create health issues, here's a good place to start. In addition to that article, The Paleo Mom writes numerous articles exploring the science behind Paleo. Likewise, I suggest reading It Starts With Food and/or Eat The Yolks, both excellent resources for learning more about the why.

Great resource and I myself approach paleo the same way as you. I try to eat 100% paleo about 80 percent of the time. I moved to paleo purely to drop about 40 extra pounds last year, but sometime a person needs a little pizza and beer

A lot of people who see the list of things they can eat on the paleo diet assume that nothing will taste good. You will survive without sugar, and paleo meals can taste incredible. The best thing was it didn't take me anything to get used to meals, I jumped right into it. The hardest part is losing stuff, like dairy. I love milk, so I just drink it to, not nearly as much as I used to. Without eating less, I have lost ten pounds. It hasn't taken that long either. Thanks for being part of the paleo community.

Hello,
I’d like to write an article for your site if you’re open to it.
The article will cover branding basics (customer target, logo design, messaging, channel, etc.) and best practices for new business owners - topics like: what are the key areas of the business that branding touches and how can business owners DIY these branding deliverables?
Thank you for your consideration,
Eva
