This page is dedicated to my paleo foods list – mainly, the products I stock my pantry with and use all the freaking time!
Now, in addition to all of this, I eat a plethora of meats, seafood, vegetables, and fruits. Generally speaking, all meats, vegetables, and fruits are paleo. Load up on those and you’ve got the basics down. The products here include non-perishables that either add a ton of flavor to meats and vegetables, make paleo baking possible, or are just too dang delicious to leave out.
Just know that if you’re on a budget, none of the stuff on this paleo foods list is necessary to eat paleo.

I’ve tried to split these up into categories that make sense. These are all products I personally use and love—I wouldn’t suggest something I’ve never tried! As time goes on, I’ll adjust this page with new things I’ve found or other products I use.
I do the vast majority of my shopping at Natural Grocers. Everything else I buy at Costco or on Amazon. If you have any questions on how I use some of these, or you know of a product that I have to add to my pantry, feel free to give me a shout and let me know!
